HSH has a duty to you, the buyer, and only you. Unlike many Real Estate Brokers, HSH has no conflict of interest between the buyer and the seller. HSH will look at ALL listings, unlike many Agencies that are biased to push their particular listing on the buyer.
HSH will make sure you find the home suitable to you not the Agency or Seller. HSH will negotiate and corroborate on your behalf at every step of the way to ensure that your needs and interests are always met. HSH is your own personal advocate with no additional cost to you.
HSH also promotes 'green' building practices and stands behind 'green' homes. When it comes to finding you a home, HSH is environmentally conscientious. HSH awareness of these important issues ensure reponsible and insightful business practices you cannot find anywhere else.
HSH charges LESS commission than a standard real estate broker. Most Brokers charge a 3% commission on the selling price. HSH only takes 2.5% and gives .5% back to you either as a cash refund or takes it off the final selling price.
